Cianjhen District/THE ONE Farglory Residence
THE ONE Farglory Residence (hereafter referred to as “THE ONE”) is to be completed in 2020, and will become Kaohsiung’s second tallest building upon its completion. THE ONE, designed by C.Y.Lee & Partners, features 68 aboveground and seven underground floors, respectively, and a height of 264.6 meters. The building’s façade was divided into five sections using varying tangible and intangible lines as well as material reflectivity. A pitched roof highlights the simple and streamlined aesthetics of a contemporary skyscraper. THE ONE will be Kaohsiung’s first skyscraper in the twenty-first century and will be completed during Kaohsiung’s renaming centennial celebration.
前鎮／遠雄THE ONE
高雄自1999年東帝士85國際廣場大樓之後，未再有超高層建築，遠雄THE ONE將於今年落成，成為高雄第二高樓。
遠雄THE ONE為地上68層，地下7層，建築高度為264.6公尺，由李祖原聯合建築師事務所設計。1至16層為旅館酒店，17層為轉換大廳，18至58層為住宅，59至63層為住宅公共設施。建築立面以虛實錯落線條與不同材質明度表現分割成截然不同的立面元素，屋身在最上部退縮，於頂端收束為塔狀，呈現當代摩天大樓簡約且具流線性美學。
建築上部結構採用鋼骨筒狀系統之韌性抗彎構架，下部結構則以鋼筋混凝土梁板系統；梁柱構件吊裝採用ACEUP工法，地下室採用逆打施工之島式開挖工法，有效提升工程效率與施工精度。
