The creators of this artwork used the Gangshan air force base as a creative theme, reshaping vapor and clouds to tell the story of global dimming successfully blocking solar radiation. The awe-inspiring views created by the combination of aircrafts, gases, physics and nature transform the artwork into an urban landmark.
In this piece, clouds float in midair with waterdrop balloons, forming a “skyline” that protects the Earth and mankind. At night, the artwork emits blue, dazzling light beams, resembling UFOs landing on Earth. Located in the plaza of the Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, this piece is imbued with a sense of future, interstellar ambiance, and aerospace.
