Power of Life, an artwork located in Metropolitan Park Station and created by Zhi-che Su and his wife Li-hua Lin, is a furniture-form public art with an architectural design that can be used as seats. The artwork portrays animated fairies that seek to remind urban commuters and busy travelers to pause and think about the meaning of life. Sit and have a “conversation” with these fairies the next time you pass this installation!

在繁忙的都市中，人們等待捷運入站的時刻，藉由街道傢俱式的公共藝術作品，讓過客停下腳步坐著休息時，欣賞藝術品並思考作品給予的啟示。
捷運都會公園站的公共藝術即屬街道傢俱式的作品。由蘇志徹、林麗華兩位夫妻檔藝術家創作的《生命的力量》，作品外觀為建築物的造型，同時也是可供休憩的座椅，其中穿梭著活靈活現的精靈，試圖喚醒長期包覆在都市叢林的人們，以及匆忙的旅客，在這短暫的休憩中，思考生命的意義。
