Taiwan Technology X Culture Expo 2025
AI Synergy for Next Content Economy — Leading International Industry Exchange in Culture & Technology
In 2025, Kaohsiung will once again host a major international culture and technology event for the third time, the Taiwan Technology × Culture Expo (TTXC 2025), which will take place from October 10 to 26. The expo this year, themed “AI Synergy for Next Content Economy,” features two main exhibition zones and more than 30 exciting industry events. It focuses on four key topics: film and television visual effects, immersive content, IP-based entertainment applications, and innovative models for experiential venues. Nearly one hundred leading experts, creators, and industry figures from Taiwan and abroad will gather in Kaohsiung to explore the profound impact of generative AI on the cultural-content ecosystem and to launch a new chapter of cross-disciplinary dialogue and international co-creation.
The two exhibition zones include “XR DREAMLAND,” Asia’s largest XR film festival, showcasing 35 cutting-edge works and top international IPs; and “INNOVATIONS,” presented by the Taiwan Creative Content Agency, featuring nearly 70 works that highlight immersive creations by Taiwanese original teams and diverse cultural-technology achievements, inviting audiences to open up fresh perspectives on culture and technology.
To foster deeper connections in the international cultural and technology industries and to strengthen exchanges and collaboration among government, academia, and industry, 2025 TTXC will present over 30 industry events during Industry Week (October 21-26). Covering cutting-edge fields such as AI, XR, virtual production, immersive content, and cultural experiences, the program creates a platform for cross-disciplinary collaboration and professional networking, showcasing the boundless possibilities at the intersection of culture and technology. This year, TTXC will also hold its first international conference, featuring cross-border dialogues and keynote speeches that enrich academic and industry discourse on cultural technology, broaden a global outlook, and further establish TTXC’s professional influence in the global cultural technology landscape.
The promotion and development of TTXC symbolize Taiwan’s continuous rise in cultural technology. Through Kaohsiung, a major hub for film, television, and cultural technology in southern Taiwan, the country will deepen international exchange, showcase both its rich cultural heritage and its strength in technological innovation, and exert a pivotal influence on the global cultural-technology landscape. Industry events and talks will also be open to the general public, encouraging audiences interested in film, television, technology, and cultural creation to take part.
This October, we warmly invite you to join TTXC’s cultural-technology celebration and help shape a new future for cultural technology in Kaohsiung!
