The Music of Youth
Summer Festival and Journey of Youth | Uniform Concert at Kaohsiung Music Center
In the year 2021, the world is deeply affected by Covid-19, from musical performances to commercial activities in Taiwan have been forced to suspend, and the graduation ceremony that graduates are most looking forward to cannot be held. To make up for the absence of a physical ceremony, the Kaohsiung Music Center has organized an online graduation concert entitled "Make a Pinky Promise To See You Next Time," which is known across the barriers of time and place, hoping to bring graduation blessings to each graduate through the Internet.
In 2022, the pandemic has been gradually lifted, major commercial activities and music performances can be organized as usual, and the long-awaited graduation ceremony of the graduates will be held as scheduled. The Kaohsiung Music Center is sticking to the commitment it made two years ago in response to the slowdown of the pandemic. In July this year, we will hold a uniform concert at Hi-Ing Music Hall. In the graduation season, we will convey the most sincere blessing to each graduate through music.
Since its opening in 2021, Kaohsiung Music Center has hosted many talent development programs, including Kaohsiung Student Rock Magazines, which go to universities and high schools in Kaohsiung. With its roots in cultural education, the Kaohsiung Music Center will continue to develop and promote Taiwanese pop music, and wishes the graduates a firm and fearless faith as they enter a new milestone in their lives.
This summer, Kaohsiung Music Center will hold a uniform concert for students, featuring singers and bands such as ØZI, Julia Wu, Karencici, GBOYSWAG, Janice Yan and Way of Puzzle. The dress code for the concert is the uniform, creating the biggest uniform party in Taiwan, making the youth permeate the whole harbor city. On July 15, you are invited to find the pulse of youth together and create a unique life movement in the journey called youth.
