Zuoing District Kaohsiung House-Plant Building
“The Plant Building” in the Zuoying District is a simple housing complex with a vertical courtyard and two units on each floor. All units boast a 3-meter tall balcony that opens to clear views of the street, with wooden grilles that create a playful shadow and light. The large balconies house decorative plants, while an aquaponic system inside the building offers hydroponic vegetable gardening and aquarium options that combine green and diversified urban lifestyles.
To the east of the building is a sizable space with a lawn, pool, and bamboo fence; the southwest side is a vehicle lane that allows free air flow into the garden. A sidewalk at the front of the building is lined with tall trees that further adds to the leisurely air of the area.
左營／高雄厝-植見築
「植見築」位於高雄市左營區立大路上已開發住宅區內，周遭以20年左右的低矮建築為主；本建築以清新優雅的姿態，來面對複雜多元的都市紋理。
建築配置以「虛空間」來回應都市的密實量體。基地東側緊鄰已開發的住宅社區大樓，植見築與東側之間留設出一個尺度合宜的內庭空間，並空出西南側車道上方空間，形成風流動的路徑，讓氣流自由地流入內庭，內有草坪、水池及竹籬環繞，塑造都市裡鬧中取靜的休閒空間。面對17公尺寬的立大路，則有退縮4公尺寬的人行道，沿街種植大樹，讓都市行人於鄰里巷弄間有一個漫步呼吸的空間。
植見築為一層兩戶單純的垂直院落式集合住宅，面對主要道路，垂直交錯配置深達三米的景觀陽台，以木質色調格柵為立面皮層，創造出輕盈且豐富的光影表情。大尺度的陽台不僅讓高層集合住宅也可享有綠意，立體化的內埕空間也可選擇性地配置魚菜共生系統，結合水耕種菜和魚類養殖，涵容多元且綠意盎然的當代都市生活想像。
